Everything Better Zap stores for you can be deleted, and none of the ways to do it require talking to us first. What we store and why is described in the privacy policy; this page is about removing it.
Delete your WhatsApp data
Disconnect your number from the dashboard. Your workspace — the isolated database holding your synced contacts, message history, and logs — is deleted with it. If you want to keep your data, export it first; the export uses the same open schema as a self-hosted better-zap deployment, so it stays usable.
Delete via Facebook
If you signed in with Facebook, you can also request deletion from Meta's side: open your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, remove Better Zap, and choose to delete your data. Meta forwards the request to us, and you receive a confirmation code with a link to a status page here.
Or just ask
Email contato@better-zap.com from your account's email address and tell us what you want deleted — a connected number's workspace, your whole account, or both.
